How Many GMBs Per Manager Account Are Acceptable?

In episode 214 of Semantic Mastery’s weekly Hump Day Hangouts, one viewer asked how many GMBs would be acceptable under one manager account.

The exact question was:

How many GMBs per manager account is acceptable? Also, I had several GMBs flagged and suspended in the last week. The only thing I could come up with was that I had the City, State in the description twice OR the fact that I had 10 of them under one manager account. I only got to 5 of them before I saw they were automatically suspending them so I didn’t even attempt to optimize the other 5 I had under that manager account. Thoughts?
